As you play Max Payne you will find yourself moving through the game with a psychological and emotional connection. The innovative bullet time feature slows the pace down to Matrix-like action, allowing you to kill more than one bad guy at a time. You also have a quick save feature, allowing you to save the game where you are, at any time, and resume from there ...should you get killed or need to take a break.
The game also uses movie-like cinematics, capturing realistic smoke, blood and particle effects, and edgy drug/dream sequences. You will also find fast cut scenes to keep you involved as well as an excellent use of film techniques. This is a game that truly celebrates the "beauty" in violence...kids need not apply.
